"The 39 Steps" celebrated its 771st performance on Broadway - its final performace at the Helen Hayes Theatre. We will then take 39 GIANT steps north and reopen at the New World Stages on March 25 and continue our amazing journey.
Currently the longest-running comedy on Broadway, and the longest-running play in SEVEN YEARS, the two-time Tony Award-winning hit show continues to be an audience-pleaser. The amazingly brilliant cast of 4 plays over 140 characters in this fast-paced romp that's great fun for ages 9 to 90.
The US Tour of "The 39 Steps" officially began November 5, 2009 at the beautiful Shubert Theatre in New Haven, CT. We'll visit 19 cities over the next 30+ weeks.
